Float glass

According to the national standard "ordinary flat glass" (GB4871-1995) and "float glass" (GB11614-89), the glass according to its thickness can be divided into the following specifications:

Flat tempered glass thickness of 3.4,5,6,8,10,12,15,19 mm ets.

Curved tempered glass thickness is also 3, 4,5,6,8,10,12,15,19 mm ets.

Drawing the law of ordinary production of flat glass: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm four types.

Float glass: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm10mm, 12mm seven types.

The glass produced by drawing-drawing method shall not have a length-width ratio of more than 2.5, of which 2,3 mm thick glass shall not be less than 400 mm × 300 mm, and 4,5,6 mm thick glass shall not be less than 600 mm × 400 mm. Float glass size is generally not less than 1000mm × 1200mm, 5,6mm up to 3000mm × 4000mm.

According to the national industry standard JC433-91 provides that the thickness of the folder wire glass is divided into: 6,7,10 mm, size is generally not less than 600mm × 400mm, not more than 2000mm × 1200mm.

Ordinary flat glass
